Dragonfly Pilates Studio by Teresa Bucco & Fisher ARCHitecture
View From Entry With Misty Cauthen

With the valued assistance of skilled Pittsburgh architect, Teresa Bucco, FISHER ARCHitecture has just designed Misty Lynne Cauthen’s new Dragonfly Pilates space above “Lululemon” on Walnut street in Shadyside. This project happened very quickly and is being built with a tight budget. Our colorful design features an industrial look, with exposed, natural materials throughout.

Due to our small size and home/office arrangement, FISHER ARCHitecture has lower overhead than our competitors, which means we provide more service for the dollar. According to a recent Harvard Business school study, the one to eight person small business model provides an effective, cost competitive alternative to the traditional architecture office for projects of nearly every size. Not only are Mr. Fisher’s competitors top heavy, elsewhere the designer who will actually undertake the architectural design typically is not the principal with whom you will meet up front.

You’re in luck if you’ve read this far: When you mention FISHER ARCHitecture as you set up an appointment, you will receive a complimentary mat class from Misty with a $22 value! Please note, however, that pre-registration is required. This offer cannot be combined with other offers, Dragonfly Pilates maintains a 12-hour cancellation policy, and cancellations made within 12 hours will result in forfeiture of the session.
