Fisher ARCHitecture is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with ICC Luxury Real Estate. ICC is an international real estate and design organization based in Italy. This collaboration marks a significant step in Fisher’s ongoing global expansion. The Pittsburgh-based firm can now unite its signature architectural approach with ICC’s world-class platform including ICC’s network of artisans, designers, and educators.
For Fisher ARCHitecture, this partnership is a natural progression of the firm’s bi-continental practice. For over five summers, principals Eric Fisher and Bea Spolidoro have worked from a second office in Northern Italy. The result is a practice informed by both historic and contemporary design. It bridges two cultures in every project. The work that emerges is deeply meaningful and distinctive in its execution.
In addition to their global projects, Spolidoro, Adjunct Professor at Carnegie Mellon University, and Fisher, Adjunct Professor at Kent State University, will bring their expertise to Pittsburgh with a lecture. “Architecture, Preservation, and Building Aesthetics in Europe,” is scheduled on Thursday, October 9, at 6:00 PM at the Frick Pittsburgh Art Museum Auditorium. The session will highlight how European design balances historic preservation with innovation and what U.S. architects can take away. Tickets are available online until October 8, and all are welcome.
Spolidoro explains, “It is a privilege to travel regularly to Milan and Como, which not only reconnects me to my Italian roots but also enriches our design philosophy centered on creating timeless, experiential spaces rather than chasing trends. These visits further consolidate the strong professional partnerships we maintain across Europe.”
