More
We’re women owned, LEED, WELL, SBA, AIA and GBA.
Women-owned businesses enjoy several advantages, including access to government contracts and programs, and corporate supplier diversity initiatives. Also, they receive networking opportunities, enhanced credibility, visibility, and educational resources.
The Small Business Administration (SBA) offers significant benefits to small businesses. Among them are access to funding, entrepreneurial development resources, and government contracting opportunities. SBA loans provide unique advantages over conventional loans, such as lower down payments, longer terms, and competitive interest rates.
The American Institute of Architects offers several benefits to its members, including networking opportunities, career advancement tools, and professional advocacy. It also provides exclusive access to resources like industry research, educational materials, and member discounts. Ultimately, AIA membership can enhance professional credibility and support career goals.
The primary purpose of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is to promote and recognize sustainable building practices. This leads to the creation of high-performance, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective buildings. It provides a framework for designing, constructing, and operating buildings that minimize environmental impact and maximize efficiency.
A WELL Certified project has the potential to add measurable value to the health, well-being, productivity, and happiness of building occupants. By placing people at the heart of design, construction, operations and development decisions, we add value to real estate assets, generate savings in personnel costs, and enhance the human experience, health and well-being.
The Green Building Alliance (GBA) is a regional organization that promotes healthy and high-performance buildings and communities, focusing on sustainability and environmental responsibility. It achieves this through education, networking, and the development of resources and initiatives.
